The founding story.
My mom is a clinician. For years she bounced between outsourced billers who didn't return her calls and doing it herself after hours. Claims went out late. Some never got paid at all.
I'm a software and data engineer. So I started helping her — building tools, fixing her workflows, learning Medicare and commercial payers from the inside. After a while we got it under control, and I realized: every small clinician has this exact problem. Different specialty, same pain. The outsourced billers don't care. The do-it-yourself path costs you your evenings and your unpaid claims.
"Clinicians don't need another platform. They need a partner who handles the part they didn't go to school for."
I built ABA Claims for the people I love. The technology I built for my mom — now sharpened for Florida ABA and the 2025 Medicaid managed care transition — runs in the background. A senior biller signs off on every claim. You get your evenings back.
The company is Keystone Health Management LLC. ABA Claims is what we do under it. We're based in Miami and Orlando, women-owned, and we serve Florida ABA clinics today.
